It started its operation on June 2007 covering the Southern Tagalog Region comprising of the Province of Oriental and Occidental Mindoro. It also covers the Islands of Romblon and Marinduque as temporary areas. Its head office is located at Dao St., Villa Aurora Subd., Lumangbayan, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro with centers in Calapan, Pinamalayan, San Jose and Romblon.
