JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides short-term administrative support during staff leaves. Responsible for handling clerical tasks such as answering calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, filing documents, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. Ensures smooth workflow and maintains confidentiality of information while adapting quickly to different tasks and environments.
Responsible for safe, timely, and cost-effective shipment of goods. Key duties include coordinating with carriers and warehouses, preparing shipping documents, tracking deliveries, ensuring compliance with regulations, and resolving shipping issues.
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:
- Casual Employment (3 Months)
- Onsite; Work Assignment in Manila Liaison Office
- Six (6) working days a week; Monday to Saturday
- Work Time: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
- 6 Months before Regularization
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably with one (1) year experience
- Computer Literate
- Can speak tagalog and english
