It started its operation on April 2016 covering the Southern Caraga Region which are the provinces of Agusan del Sur and Surigao del Sur. Its head office is located at Purok 2 Brgy. Hubang, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur with center in San Francisco and temporary center in Tago.
