It started its operation on March 1984 covering the areas of Zamboanga Peninsula. It also covers Misamis Occidental as a temporary area. Its head office is located at Zone II, La Purisima St., Zamboanga City with centers in Zamboanga City, Dipolog, Pagadian, Ipil and Ozamis.
